One of them is a Principal plan that includes cash accounting, integrates with QBO & Xero, 24/7 on-demand view of books, and automated daily bookkeeping. Also, the plan includes daily classification of transactions, reconciliations (bank, credit card, loan, and payroll), annual tax depreciation, expert-checked monthly P&L, and expert-checked monthly balance sheet.

The Principal Plus plan includes everything in the Principal plan. But there are additional options such as accrual accounting, record prepaid expenses, expert AP/AR review, and comprehensive AR/AP reporting.

ScaleFactors offers various add-ons for their software. One of them is Bill Pay powered by bill.com and has advantages such as white glove bill pay service, outsourced bill pay, submission of bills by e-mail, simple reviews & approvals, and automatic books update. The main advantage of the Bill Pay add-on is that there is no need to manually enter your data.

Payroll with Gusto add-on offered by ScaleFactor is a white glove payroll service. It has such advantages as an outsourced payroll function, all employee types & pay schedules, overdraft notification, and easy to edit and adjust. Moreover, your books will be updated automatically, and you will have access to historical data and reports.
