Year End Annual Filing Fee: Ensure compliance with the organization's governing document and procedures for meetings such as the Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting (e.g. voting and quota). Administer monthly payrolls, including: Maintaining payroll file for employees (basic salary, overtime, bonus, etc.), calculating and filing monthly statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, FWL, etc.), generating giro bank file for clients, publishing payslips, providing monthly payroll reporting, providing IR8A for personal tax filing, submitting adhoc statutory claims for NS men, maternity, child care, etc. (Additional $3/pax), and managing the leave management system (Additional $3/pax).

Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure compliance with filing requirements. Prepare and file Estimated Chargeable Income ("ECI") within 3 months from your company's financial year-end. Prepare tax schedules and highlight any tax issues identified. Compute corporate tax. Submit corporate annual tax returns to IRAS. Handle IRAS inquiries and verify assessments. Lodge appeal or objection to IRAS as needed. Assist in tax investigations or audits. Advise on tax rulings and application of tax incentives.

Prepare all required documentation for company strike off, apply and file for striking off with ACRA (including government filing fees), submit tax clearance document to IRAS, handle inquiries from ACRA and IRAS on your behalf, and follow up until the company is stricken off.
