Bokio allows you to connect your bank account (bank feeds are offered in collaboration with Plaid). Your transactions will be automatically imported to Bokio up to 4 times a day. The bulk record feature allows recording multiple transactions at once and the automatic matching feature will assure that you won’t have any duplicate transactions.

Bokio’s accounting & taxes feature includes smart bookkeeping templates, manual bookkeeping, custom bookkeeping templates, fixed assets, recording multiple transactions at once, automatic reports, receipt inbox, and VAT returns for making tax digital.

Bokio’s invoicing feature allows you to create, send and record invoices. Also, it allows quotes and gives you the option to choose logo & color on invoices, accept card payments with Stripe, recurring invoices, Zettle integration, and invoice reports.

Bokio’s payroll & expenses feature includes management of expenses and directors’ payroll. The banking & payments feature includes bank feeds. Other features include a mobile app, an unlimited number of users, and support.

The automated reports feature of Bokio means that reports would be automatically generated. Bokio offers such reports as general ledger, balance sheet, profit & loss, invoice report, and VAT returns through HMRC. Also, most reports can be exported to Excel.
